The Goal: Membership Growth

The Rules Between Jan. 1, 2026 - Dec. 31, 2026:

Members will invite other public employers/employees to join APEHRA.

Please tell them to put your name in the referred by on the membership application.

All new members, and current Board members, excluding the President, are qualified to participate in the President's Challenge.

4. Should the membership application list 2 names for the referral, both names will receive credit for the one membership.

5. A tie breaker challenge will be offered if needed.

The Winner will be announced at our First quarterly training meeting of 2027 and will be honored as our 25th Anniversary All Star Member!

Our All Star Member will receive a free membership for 2027, will be announced on our website and Facebook, will also receive other Gifts, recognition, and privileges throughout 2027 at all our meetings and conference!

Good Afternoon,

Here we are again at the end of another year! I am looking forward to serving as the President of this awesome APEHRA group beginning January 1, 2026. I am always here to listen and to act when necessary to continue moving this organization forward. I will be counting on my fellow members to help me and the Board, bring to you what you need and expect from this group.

I have just a few things to pass on to each of you:

Our 2026 membership year is open for renewals, we welcome you to renew your APEHRA membership. Please invite your Mayor, City and County Clerks, anyone in the Public Sector that would benefit from being a member.

Please alert your Accounts Payable, Treasurer, whomever pays APEHRA for you, that we have a new mailing address: APEHRA Attn: Cody Arnold 1111 W. Main St. Conway, AR 72032

I have attached a new W9 for your convenience. Our new Treasurer, Cody Arnold, would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this change of address and so would I.

Watch for email of our 2026 Quarterly Training, dates very soon.

I can't thank our current President Tracey Cline-Pew enough for all she has done to move this organization forward, and the training she has provided me to take on this task for the next two years. I owe Past President Cathy Reed a debt of gratitude for her many years of service on the Board and for all she has taught not only me, but so many of us! Thank you Tracey and Cathy!

Join me as we thank, Doreen Mattes and Dewayne Douglas, for their service on the Board the last several years. Thank you both, even though you will remain a member, we will miss you on the Board!

I would like to welcome all new Board members and existing members, who will move up to the next role level. Thank you for serving, I really appreciate you all and look forward to working with each of you!
