I have been asked to research time and attendance software for our city.  Each department currently submits paper payroll sheets to the city clerk's office for payment.  The Clerk's office uses centerpoint.

Will each of you tell me what you use to capture and report time and attendance , and what are the pros and cons for what you use?

    Thank you.

Centerpoint has a time clock module.  I checked it out but we were already using Easy Time Clock and it provides a spreadsheet for uploading to Centerpoint so I do not have to manually enter hours and leave.  I do not have any cons - it is user friendly, not expensive, keeps up with all types of leave and provides several reports.  If you would like more information please let me know.

We use ESO as time and attendance. Customer service isn't the best but its catered towards Fire and EMT so they work well with Fire and Police schedules.

The City of Searcy uses Incode by Tyler Technologies.  We are one of only 2 or 3 cities in the state that uses Incode.  It works well for us, but does have some down sides.  It is not geared towards police and fire so we have to do some adjusting such as comp time has to be calculated at time and a half before it is entered.  We use Incode for payroll, AP, AR, and most everything we do.  The customer service is great, but we pay dearly for it i believe.
